No one really wanted him around anymore. If his buyout hadn’t been a trillion dollars he likely would have been fired by now.
His staff has been infamously quite horrendous with NIL stuff at Kentucky. There were several stories that came out the other week ago where quite lucrative NIL deals for some of the players never got communicated to the players, thus they never got it, because whoever is running the NIL on his staff just dropped the ball.
Except Arkansas has actually proven they can win a title I dont think anyone has illusions that we are going to be a final 4 contender every year. It’s still fun and creates chaos and he will have all the resources he needs to build a roster
