Chance is definitely non-zero. He lost a lot of leverage with the stock he sold off to buy Twitter. That's why he threatened to build AI and robotics crap other than at Tesla trying to pressure the board to issue him more shares. He sold off $40 billion worth for Twitter. Now he's trying to get granted over $50 billion back in shares so he'd have like 25% of the voting rights.
