Its mine as well. It is the best sport to bet on hands down. Get good lines and nothing is better as a gambler to have $100 on a Cal State Northridge vs Pepperdine game at 11PM at night
Most value to be had. So many teams and games and not everyone has as much knowledge of all the teams. If you follow a small conference all year, you can really find some great value.
[Ticket #: 128377798] STRAIGHT BET 11/09/2012 @ 04:00 PM CBB [531] OHIO STATE -5-110 1100.00 1000.00
Ohio state line was 5 for 2 minutes on Bookmaker, within 5 minutes it's 6.5. You have to do this full time to make major money on CBB. Ive been waiting all day at work for this haha. Football you can miss a line by a point. But in basketball 1point means everything
Most locals won't. They will wait to see where the number stops at before offering theirs. Bookmaker was the 1st major book to open, they opened OSU at -5, went to 6.5 within minutes. Now the other major books are releasing opening OSU at 6.5
What do you know about them? They weren't even in the Blue Ribbon book. I know NIU is awful but just have no info on Omaha
Dont know a ton, this is just their 2nd year in division 1. I think they are slightly better than NIU and are at home.
Yea I had OSU at 10. The only scary thing about this game is down low. But I think with OSUs speed they should cruise to a 15 point win
Any teams you like/dislike this year? I think Wisconsin is being undervalued and will likely be on them a lot. Think Nebraska is going to be absolutely awful and will fade them at the beginning of the year some.
Be careful early on Wisconsin. Starting PG, Gasser out for the year & Startin PF, Bruesewitz is out 4 weeks
Some of my teams I like that are under the radar/small schools: Drexel, Valparaiso, Manhattan (favorite last year, spreads might be a little inflated), Tennessee State, Charleston, Oakland, South Alabama Just some teams to look out for. Im finalizing my plays right now.
