This Viera/Nice situation is interesting. L'Equipe is confident that it's happening, and apparently Nice officials are in NYC. But Viera today said no negotiations have happened.
I think everyone involved in the attempt for us to hire Marco SIlva after Koeman was fired wishes they could go back in time and let the deal happen. Honestly, I would have rather us played in the Championship next season with someone else managing instead of guaranteed survival in the Premier League with that fat turd who seems to get off on ruining everyone's happiness. I guess one potential problem that could potentially arise with this hire is if a bigger club wants to a poach him from us, there might not be any point in fighting it because he just won't give a shit anymore. I think they lost all but one league (a draw with Southampton was the other result) games after we hired Fatty. A lot of those matches were against teams that finished close to the bottom of the table too. Both he and Thomas Lemar don't like to be told they aren't allowed to leave and they will make you suffer for it.
Sorry, it’s all blended together. It was 24 months ago then. Negotiations fell through at the last minute and we ended up with Walter Zenga.
Mourinho is out at Manchester United. Fairly big development. Stay tuned for more coverage. https://www.standard.co.uk/sport/fo...utd-manager-leaves-old-trafford-a4020161.html
that seemed like it was bound to happen. Wonder who theyll get though. That job seems like a fairly big gamble for an up and coming manager at this point
