Saturday night we met up with a buddy and his wife at a bar after dinner. There were only a handful of people there, and some really short dude started hitting on my buddy's wife when she walked up to get another drink. He asked "what are you doing later?" She responded, "going home with my husband," and pointed at my buddy. The dude drunkenly stumbled over and said "sorry, man. Hey, do you read Clay Travis?" My buddy said "not if I don't have to" and turned back to us to continue the conversation.
Fox Sports is like the woman who keeps finding abusive partners. In the late 90's-early 00's they bought out a bunch of regional sports networks and hired a bunch of B-LIST ESPN personalities and openly claimed they'd dethrone ESPN quickly. They failed miserably and got their teeth kicked in. Fast forward 10 years, and they do the same thing in hiring B to C list personalities, start proclaiming they'll dethrone ESPN and are now looking at bankruptcy. Can't wait to see NewsCorp's strategy in 2025.
its amazing to me that Fox Sports pays this guy to host his own personal blog and fake radio show Just looking at his twitter...It appears that his show is just a Periscope when he randomly decides to pop-up and go on ramblings about whatever he wants to talk about. Seems like he is obsessed with politics at the moment. He literally gets paid to talk to himself about whatever it is he wants.
when they had him on the casting couch for the super bowl they grilled him on it but his "show" is different from his emergency press conferences.
