Have lived in Ohio for over 30 years and outside of having a layover at the Cleveland airport in 2011, which I don't believe really counts, I have never been to Cleveland I took off out of Cincinnati on a prop plane and it was warm enough for me to wear shorts and sweatshirt to the airport that morning. It was flurrying pretty heavily in Cleveland and everyone looked pissed off
