Aside from the obvious coordinator deficiencies, the lack of a true #1 WR it's the biggest problem this team has. There is no go-to guy. Outside of Gibbs, there's nobody that can turn a quick route into 6 points. I can't even remember the last time we didn't have one of those guys, hell we normally have a few of them simultaneously, but the lack of it is obvious.
Whatever is expected going into these games, I'm going to start expecting the opposite. A low scoring game where the defense plays well against an LSU team that lit the scoreboard up against UF and Ole Miss I expected to frustrate us, instead we can't move the ball and the D has played well. Bill had other plans.
There isn’t what you would refer to as an offensive scheme, either. Gibbs hits a run, wideouts go witness protection, Bryce usually makes an outstanding play. We are void of outstanding plays lately.

Everyone was running long routes on that play. It would appear that an audible would have been the better option
He’s getting pressured a lot but Bryce doesn’t seem as comfortable in the pocket tonight as he usually does.
When Bryce is elite and the offense is bad you get the UT performance. When Bryce is off, and the offense is barely decent, you get this.
Worst group of WR since what, 2011? We've always had at least one dude and we just don't this year. Not one WR the defense has to account for every snap.
