Also - it’s a damn shame we don’t get any kids out of Phenix City, place seems to have a couple top 100 kids every year and always UGA, Clemson, or elsewhere
I think there are just soooo many targets at DL and Edge in this class that they were simply down the board despite their rankings. They are both a bit of a tweener to be DL as well with the 6’4-6’5, 240-250 frames. When you look at guys in that size range I think we like players like Renaud, Osborne, Bain, Pierre, Jobe, Wayne, Wilson, Russaw better. And I think Woods and Kelby Collins are much more what we are looking for for true DE. I think Parker is a good player and PSU is a good spot for him but I think that goes to show a little bit the level of interest for him locally.
