I got like 25-30% into Yumi and just lost interest. It wasn’t going anywhere, to me. Could have just been the moment I was in so I’ll try it again at some point.
I’m considering starting Mistborn soon since book 5 is out this year but I’m very wary of starting a series before it’s done ngl
Warbreaker the most helpful novella would you say? Edgedancer and Dawnshard have some fun tidbits too
Warbreaker is a standalone novel not a Stormlight novella but yeah it does have a ton of crossover. 100% recommend.
It’s so vast and encompassing it’s was kinda hard to grasp all that was going on and cross over to me. But yeah when you catch something he drops its in it feels so cool. Like ooooooo
I'm also hesitant to ever start an unfinished series but will exempt sanderson completely from that concern. The guy is like a bot.
I haven't read much of his but I plan on reading stormlight eventually maybe next year. I'll see an update on YouTube of his and it's like showing his progress on two books he's writing, and a novela, then he'll announce another secret project that he's halfway done with. Crazy.
Dropped a lot of money on signed leatherbounds along with the 5th secret project. Finally got to reading some of them, about halfway through Yumi and the Nightmare Painter.
As I wait for the new pierce brown book, I thought I’d dive back into Sanderson. I read the most on trilogy where do I go next? Stormlight archive?
Stormlight is his highest level writing. I ran out of high level fantasy fiction and now find myself wallerin in the fanficesque dungeon that is the litrpg realm.
Rent kindle books from the library. Had warbreaker loaded up for after I finished the latest Abercrombie trilogy. Finally opened it up and immediately realized I'd already read it Stormlight up next
