Not gonna lie, this is one of the most enjoyable network comedies out there right now imo. Just on fire on almost every single episode. I love them making fun of us ignorant white people especially
ABC planning a spinoff show centered around the oldest daughter going off to college. Same people that do the Black-ish show are supposed to do the spinoff. Probably will suck, she is easily the most boring of all the regular characters
I don't really have a 4th that stands out from the rest other than Family Guy. If not including animated shows, I guess The Good Place or The Mick . Not really a fan of B99 and haven't gotten around to catching up with New Girl on streaming yet.
Anyone watching tonight? Musical episode with the roots, etc. Aloe blacc constantly correcting facts has been great
Watched this again today. So great Haven't watched the whole series yet, but almost every episode I've seen has been fantastic. Need to go back and actually catch up on the show
Deon Cole has a standup special on Netflix, part of their stand up series called The Standups. It was p good. I also thoroughly enjoyed the Beth Stelling episode.
"I only wrote black jokes... So I'm just gonna do those. I was at a dinner party with the white devil..."
Going to be ending with its upcoming 8th season. Kenya Barris going to be ending it on his own terms. Spinoff Mixed-ish is getting axed after this current season though.
Poor one out for the Johnson's. Thought they weren't going to be bringing Zoey back at first. Still think they missed an opportunity this season for him to open his own ad agency. Looks like Jr's story will continue on in Grown-ish but I haven't watched any of that, what I read is the next season is going to be essentially a reboot with a bunch of the cast from the last season leaving though so might be a decent time to pick up on that?
