Anyone done this from a non legal state? If so what VPN and steps did you use? Tried express VPN and it still got blocked.
I tried to set one up at Draft Kings and they wouldn't let me because I'm in Arkansas. I found Bet online, and have been using them. Since then, Arkansas has come up with a couple of services to use. Dammit.
