they're definitely fun and a great way to get to see guys you otherwise aren’t able to unless you head to Europe. Sucks that the Euros & Cooa will almost certainly eat in to the rosters though so I wouldn’t expect to see the A listers

people saying it’s not a total tear or as bad as the one he’s been rehabbing from but would take 6-8 weeks to heal. Him returning at all this season would have been a bonus but at this point I’m far more concerned with him just ever getting back to 100%. would have liked to see Militao get something closer to 30-45 minutes today. At this point I just dont see any way you can start him Wednesday even with Tchouameni suspended

 

no surprises in the lineup. Nacho starts next to Rudiger with Kroos, Valverde and Camavinga in midfield

really hope they come out and try to control things instead of just sitting back and letting City have their way with the ball and possession. Play aggressive and press high and take the fight to them, if it doesnt work and you get beat that's fine and I can live with it. But just sitting back and allowing them to dictate everything while being pinned deep the entire time (again) is lame as hell.

clearly they're ok with holding on for dear life and countering but they've got to be more clincal on the break. Two very good chances and they didnt get a shot on goal on either attempt after being wasteful. Dont see the backline holding up for 45+ more min so they're gonna need AT LEAST one more
