I think a more definitive answer will be found upon autopsy when some of the sufferers die. An MRI or CT on a living person can't pick up everything. Not enough resolution. Moreover, throw a couple hundred decibels at someone and they'll face a range of symptoms, none of which would show up as a brain injury. The reports aren't saying that there are no symptoms. Just that they're not evident based on physiological tests and they're not sure of the cause. Could be some form of targeted microwave auditory technology. Could be mass hysteria. Or it could be some psyops game played between nations. edit: Think claiming the events aren't caused by foreign adversaries is just an easier sell to the public when you're unsure of what is going on and/or you're engaging in counter-espionage.

You realize a lot of people had the issue prior to that act. Like it's a thing bc so many people had the issue. The issue created the act, the act didn't create the issue.
