    Anyone use 5dimes.com?

    What are there payout methods. And do you have to bet a certain percent of your first deposit before you withdraw for the first time? I hear it has the highest rating at this point for online books.

    I do.

    Payout I use is a check. Free withdrawals on Mondays. Don't have to bet a certain percent unless you take a deposit bonus. Deposit bonuses are irritating and worthless 9 times out of 10. 5dimes gives you the option of a reduced juice option instead of a bonus. Take that instead.
