Ugh fat fuck here to play in your give away my money game because I lack commitment and will power. But maybe this time will be my time to shine.
Already feeling more motivated this week than in the past couple years. Since Jan 2 I’ve closed the exercise ring every day. Haven’t touched a single carb. Not a drop of booze. Hoping for a -20 from Jan 2 to Feb 2. Hoping to be real solid till Spring Break. That will motivate me to jump back in after a week off. Wasn’t close to the money the past couple years so I just quit after spring break and had gained the weight back by summer milf hunting season. Not happening this year.
Same as me. Had a good 1st week. Got a solo beach vacation in April then family trip in late May at the end of the comp. Hoping to really dominate this
Reset my sleep schedule last week so I could get to work an hour earlier and have time to go to the gym again. Gotta figure out the diet next. Goal for me is to get to pre COVID weight again.. before everything shut down I went from 230-200 that year. Back to where I started that year + 20lbs for good measure.
Go on vacation the first week of June so this couldn’t line up better! I always stall at around 220 but I WILL break past it this time.
Alright. I just DM'd out information. If I missed you or you want to get added pls tag me. Let the weights flow tomorrow AM!!!!
In Where Eagles Dare I’ll be a little guy but Covid years plus a new job with a lot of free food the past couple years I’ve been slipping. Never done TMB’s competition but happy to be part of a positive group all striving for better health!
What’s the best way to update the Google doc? Pulled it up on my phone but doesn’t work. Do I need to be signed in? It says to download the app, or is the computer the best bet?
244.4. Lost 6lbs in week -1 Was 214 this time last year. Pretty much stayed there until fall when fatherhood kicked my ass. Hope to be sub 200 when we're done. Solid 50lb target
Where Eagles Dare Venmo has been sent. First weigh in below, telling myself the pre-contest bulk got carried away (not that I’ve been eating like crap for 6 months). Spoiler 239.8
Venmo Submitted Little Guy Category Starting Weight: 180.9 Starting Fat: 26.9% Spoiler: Feety Weight Pics
Starting weight: 179.5. Would like to get down to 165ish range and stay there for good. I love wfh, but it’s created a snacking machine and messed up my daily routines a bit as I stay up later and sleep in more. Gotta get back to being disciplined and feeling better. Spoiler
I know it’s not the most exciting thing but I always hear about people being surprised how much adding walking to their daily routine helps. Anyone done this? Just wondering how far/long this needs to be to actually make a difference. I’m in the process of moving soon, so won’t have my Peloton until later next month.
I would think of it more like time, when you are on the peloton you go for time vs distance anyway. Get used to blocking out that time. 30-45 minutes would be about 1.5-2 miles
Been doing couch to 10k app runs for the past month and I have gained weight. I need to stop eating fucking dessert and and being such a fatass. Also I smoke weed for insomnia and I cant stop snacking which isnt helping. Got Vegas this weekend then nothing but a couple concerts till May where I'll be in Denver/Breck/RMNP doing nothing but active stuff
big girl checking in! i just moved apartments and literally couldnt find anything to write my username on but you can cross-reference it with the tattoos thread for verification if you need
Checking in at 216.8. When I as home for the holidays my uncle greeted me by noting I had gotten fat.
So I hadn't worn my solo loop Apple Watch band in quite a while. It used to fit pretty snug. Switched to that band today and now it fits so loose the watch slides down my arm fairly easily.
Same scale bros.! Also, I didn't include my username in my photo above. Is that going to be an issue?
Gotcha. I mean, I literally took the photo like 20 minutes before posting it. I was about to jump in the shower when I took the photo. I'm happy to do it again if I need to...
