Guys transfer out because Holtmann doesn't like playing the young guys, thus preventing you from building true depth. On top of the fact that 1-2 of the transfers he brings in are mostly useless on offense. Pretty excited to see what Diebler can do.

Bjork really impressive during the Diebler presser. Interesting that he sat down with "recruiting people" that showed him how loaded Ohio is the next few years...then quizzed Diebler on his relationships there and that became a selling point for Diebler as someone coming in from far away wouldn't have those relationships with the schools right off the bat. He's done an excellent job selling his confidence in Diebler....I can see why he's elite at raising money.
