I love these. Thanks for jumping in, Hippo. For your information- I am 100% vescetomized. Kids are, in fact, expensive.
Never had a technical in his career. In a league filled with constant bitching he’s such a great guy.
Absolutely love Cade but he was a terrible blocker, hope this Ohio dude can get it done in that area. Feel he's a very underrated pickup if he can in fact block.
My sister in law went to high school and college with the girl who married Conley. They met at OSU freshman year he’s apparently the most down to earth, normal, nicest person ever. I don’t think I’ve ever heard a bad thing about him. He’ll also have made $300 million from his playing career when he retires which seems crazy for a guy who’s only made 1 all star team.
Also - I know I’m extremely late to the party, but I finally started Shrinking at the advice of my wife. Watched the first four episodes tonight, and I’m all in.
I can be difficult to please when it comes to movies. I really enjoyed the first one and had very high expectations for this one and they were exceeded. It's as close to perfect as any movie in a long time. Denis has mastered making films. It should be seen on the biggest screen with the best audio you can reasonably find. It's so fucking good, I can't wait to go see it again.
It’s great. And I was a sad boy that sat and read books in rural Ohio. I also could nerd the fuck out of you about Dune, but it was reallly good, it was kinda great?
Going tomorrow night fam, was initially just planning on the RPX show, but may now have to drive a little further for the IMAX option. Did you do IMAX?!?
It’s phenomenal. If it can keep the same level of quality for another season or 2, it’s better than Lasso.
Thanks, i checked all of the IMAX offerings for today and they’re all pretty much booked already unfortunately. But have regal unlimited so additional cost isn’t much and will check it out on IMAX another time before long, will just hit up an RPX show today instead
Quick follow up - don’t delay too long. I was walking so messed up my other side hurts bad now. My injury happened 3 years ago slipping on ice. I was able to manage through it until football practice this year where I was playing scout qb and stepped wrong. Should have got the procedure done then but didn’t want to miss any of my b-ball season. In hindsight should have just got it done since my other one now hurts from limping so bad. So don’t put it off.
Yeah they’ve only done an MRI on my right knee thus far but I’m confident I’ve got the same shit going on with the left (all from a fall that happened in October). The people at the office said insurance usually frowns on doing both at once so I imagine I’ll have the MRI on the left after the right gets fixed.
I’m with ggcd here. Micheal hall Jr can definitely play in the NFL. Not sure if he’s a star, but he’s gotta get paid to play football at some point he’s really good. he a little short for a DT, but that kid can play. IMO. we all love cade Stover, farmer gronk. Etc he was fucking fantastic last year. I don’t think he can play the NFL? I don’t, sorry I hope his cousin Garret is solid.
yes. second one is definitely better than the first, but the first is very good, as is everything from Villeneuve.
Yes -I know phunkybuck, I’m not sensitive. It’s all cool. Also the handle has nothing to do with the most dangerous animal in Africa. It is,btw. Was a stupid years ago play on words in Latin. On the horse chesnut. Fucking stupid in retrospect, was trying too hard. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aesculus_hippocastanum
Also have not seen either Dune, probably should check it out. Saw the 1984 version and remember thinking it was meh, so avoided the new one.
I will not be watching Dune. I did watch American Nightmare last night though. Pretty wild documentary.
I also will not be watching Dune. American Nightmare was an excellent doc, but also very aggravating. That couple deserved way more money than they got.
Bucks now favored by 10.5 Iowa women favored by 6.5 over OSU women...guessing Bucks not having really anything to play for/Clark's last home game plays into that line
