Michigan is challenging the Contract it has with the B1G. Their claims are based on an infringement of that contract. So Business Law.
if i am harbaugh, i am tailgating and just enjoying the day off head to the hotel room for kickoff and order some wings and beer or something. gotta be relaxing to just be a fan
Do I have to go the game thread to talk about what’s going on in the game or can this become the de facto game thread too?
Michigan sources close to the judge, the team, and the governor are reporting that the TRO is likely to be granted next Friday and that the judge is going to disband the OSU program. Just want to get that out there first.
You know it's not good when you can't get a michigan employee and former football player to rule on your side
It literally doesn’t matter if it was. The bylaws explicitly allow interim punishment based on knowledge of a potential violation, including suspending a coach, pending a final determination and final punishment.
Didn’t someone say last night there are a bunch of pages of this thread that had no value and that he was skimming for tweets? Lmfao what a loser.
Lmao, even the Judge they hand picked, who works for their school and played football for them, is biased against them
Guys don’t worry. Heard from an insider today. They are gone from the B1G. USC and other PAC12 might be as well because UM was the big draw. The presidents of Fox and CBS are UM grads and are pissed. They are going to renegotiate the TV deal and all B1G schools are going to be left in the dust. UM is either bringing ND with them to the ACC or doing their own thing
