Yeah I always do a 10min stretch offline and tend to cycle for a few mins before starting a class. Figure I’ll actually do the warm up classes now to get credit

Haven’t rode in a few months. Trying to get back into a routine starting tomorrow. Work has been crazy/stressful, going back to office hasn’t helped, and I’ve just not been in a good spot mentally (plus my body is sore as hell for whatever reason all the time). Hopefully I can get going again. Need to lose like 25-30 pounds and just get into a better head space.

Made my return today. First ride since March (was mad to see it had been that long). Probably should have eased back in but did a 30min PZ and tried to keep up with my previous FTP zones. Got to 8.77 miles so hopefully I can get back to where I was pretty quickly.

that’s awesome I’m hella jealous. Let me know if she looks as good in real life as she does on screen. She looks amazing in her new recovery ride. I want to thank you this has been great I have ocd and I think I need to save me from myself lol. I keep saying thinking “just one more ride” lol. the rides I was doing with rv12 got me to up my game and I hit my PR for a 60 minute ride today. this also was my 2000 ride when I first took it today it was my 2550th ride. It didn’t feel like I was going all out then I noticed I was on pace to hit a PR and then I punched it. Fuck 500 let’s do 700 this month lol JK
Believe it’s all random and directed towards those in the Tri-state. First they sent me an email saying I had been chosen for one of their classes on Friday, which spread across all of their disciplines. I responded asking if I could be considered for a bike class because like hell I’m traveling to midtown to attend a yoga class. Luckily I landed on Emma and not Ally Love’s AM class
Studio is very nice. Have a set up where you can grab drinks, sandwiches, cookies and some sort of goodie bag.
Fail. Not sure if you noticed but during the first flat my leg cramped up bad and I had to stop peddling for a bit. Couldn’t push myself the rest of the ride in fear of having to get off the bike while on camera. Other than that, amazing atmosphere. The bike is weird, like the resistance is def heavier which made it hard for me to determine which metric to go off of.
