I’ll put it in terms that Liverpool plastics can understand net spend in Liverpool/villa transfers since 2010 is +£51,000,000 to villa
Villa likes to let them finish out their prime years elsewhere before bringing them in. So maybe Ox needs one more stop before you’re interested.
Your preferred xi averaged 28.5 years old. Enjoy this run while it lasts because you’ll be mid table soon enough. Congrats on the penalty shootout 0-0 cups though
Thanks for the well wishes! I’m certainly enjoying the run and remember life before klopp. I hope villa can make it back down to the championship soon enough since you prefer that to EPL. I just want everyone to be happy. Good luck, friend!
I think this means we’ve crossed the Fekir threshold edit: never mind. Haven’t completed the medical yet. Fekir threshold not crossed.
Whether it was Fekir's knee or his brother being an idiot, it was odd that Liverpool never went after an alternative. Then he went to Betis for less than half what Liverpool were going to pay a year later.
People don't like Fab cause he just aggregates people's news, but the fucker doesn't sleep in transfer season.
I think it’s funny people are worried he’s gonna be a 100m flop when the price tag only gets to that if he isn’t a flop lol.
If we’re going to get on our spending bullshit, I saw haaland makes more per week than salah, Diaz, and Nunez combined
https://en.as.com/soccer/how-much-w...ary-did-he-have-at-dortmund-n/?outputType=amp 375,000 a week is what I saw
My mistake, I didn’t realize Salah was low enough to be included in that group and be less than that. My apologies
People thought Lukaku at 28 was a great signing on over three times the wages Nunez is getting. And that might the worst transfer in premier league history. No one knows what is going to happen. But Salah, Firmino, Mane, and Jota we’re all widely considered overpays until they were considered bargains.
Huge mistake. I love Nunuz and think we needed a goal scorer badly.. But if we had the option of splitting that money up and buying a MF and attacker I would have done that. We need a Fab backup. Fuck Milner playing meaningful games.
Joyce said, "It is likely that a midfielder will be targeted next summer." Which they will. But we need two over the next two years. I'm not reading much into it. They'd probably want to start selling some people next either way.
I think I’ve heard him say he wants to keep 66 forever. Then again, my personal feelings might be coloring my memory.
I have a memory of Carragher telling Trent he should keep 66 and make it iconic in an interview maybe.
I hope this isn’t the point where we go from developing to buying but I thought that with Thiago and now I love him more than my firstborn so idk.
Nunez is 22 and not the finished product. Klopp was clearly smitten by him as they study Benfica. Carvalho and Ramsay (if they get him) are development guys. FSG have done a great job growing LFC's commercial side, to where Liverpool are basically right behind United in annual revenue. And might pass United next time the financial reports are released since United missed Champions League. Liverpool can't spend like City, PSG, or Real but LFC have more financial resources than almost any other team. We will have to find a new angle to annoy other fanbases with, but I have faith that if we put our minds together it shouldn't be a problem.
I’m net spend champs till I die I’m net spend champs till I die I know I am, I’m sure I am I’m net spend champs till I die
