Does it bother anyone else that instead of having Oliver become rich again on his own somehow they're using this far fetched Felicity is now a sugar momma for Oliver and team Arrow storyline. They could have just had Merlyn pay him a large sum of money that he could have used to buy back his families company or some other companies since Oliver did give him the LOA and all the the power and riches that comes with it. Already tired of hearing Felicity check him everytime he makes plans to use money.
I thought this episode was a definite improvement. Constantine seemed pretty shoehorned into the flashbacks to establish a pre-existing relationship with Ollie and Laurel remains the cuntiest cunt on television, but I was entertained. I still think both Arrow and Flash are spending way too much time setting up Legends of Tomorrow.
Yeah, when does legends of tomorrow start? I feel like that will hopefully really help arrow (and flash)
Off topic, but has she always been Kara Danvers on Earth or is this someone fucking with Marvel and Carol Danvers? Not a huge DC comic book nerd, but I only remember her being raised by the Kents.
That's why I was thinking it was one universe. I suppose since Superman clearly exists in her universe and meta humans are new to the Arrow/Flash universe that they could be from Earth 2.
http://moviepilot.com/posts/2575238 Well the producer of the shows thinks they're in the same universe. I've seen conflicting reports over CBS's willingness to do a crossover.
You don't see me as an equal. Well no shit laurel. Oliver has kind of been through/done alot more shit than you have.
It's pretty clear he never respected her in anyway, I mean if he had he wouldn't have been fucking her sister.
I see Felicity's mom is back on tonight's episode. Do we know anything about Felicity's dad? Could it be Darhk?
And 90% of it is Laurel. The remaining 10% is everyone putting up with Laurel. Hey, we are now aware of what happens to someone when they are brought back from the pit. Someone who wasn't even dead now has an uncontrollable thirst for killing. Sarah is brought back from being dead for months, and the first impulse is to bring her out on a mission. Twice.
what kind of security guards just open fire immediately on burglars? that was just a regular company, right? not like they were some evil organization.
It was actually Kord Industries. Ted Kord is the Blue Beetle, one of the most respected superheroes in the DCU. Unless they're going in a completely different direction when they eventually introduce his character, there is a 0% chance the first response of his security force would be shooting to kill. Hell, they shouldn't really even be packing live ammunition.
What's annoying is that the Flash is still churning out great TV. Makes Arrow look even shittier by comparison
So, for the first time in the history of this season, someone on Team Arrow decides, for some reason, to take the mask off a Ghost. The person just happens to be Diggle and the Ghost just happens to be his supposedly dead brother. I'm all for suspension of disbelief, but that's just ridiculous.
Arrow: Where No One Is Ever Actually Dead The difference between this show now and Season 2 is night and day. They must have had some serious turnover in the writing staff since then. At least the crossover looks promising. Damn well better be after all the time they've spent setting up for it and Legends of Tomorrow this season.
Last night watching with my son who is 15. Ghost Diggle Bro: "Kill the Green One" Oracle Jr.: That's racist as hell!
I was like fuck as soon as Ollie told Barry if he thinks the universe cares what he tells his girlfriend and he still lied I was like fuck Felicity gone die.
Shocking that the first good Arrow episode of the season A) Was a Flash crossover, and B) Had very little Laurel
I hate the origin story they created for Vandal Savage on the show. Being bound to Hawkman and Hawkgirl is far inferior storyline then the comic book origin.
I still don't think it will be Felicity who dies. I just don't think you spend 2 seasons try and getting them together just to her die the next season. Then again with this show, who knows.
The flash-forward in the premiere had Oliver and Barry at a grave I bet it's either Oliver's kid or baby mama.
I can see that being the case. I think maybe Dark finds out that Ollie has a kid and goes after the kid and the baby momma. I don't think the kid will die though, network tv don't let kids die very often.
that's what i'm thinking. the reaction of barry (as was pointed out after the premier) would not fit felicity dying. he would just show up late and say "man, that sucks. i'm sorry."
The really worked hard to cut that preview for the next episode to make us think Felicity dies. I don't buy it.
