I thought the show was somewhere around TW3 game? I admittedly only played through the first 2 major areas of the game but this was my understanding since I do remember you're looking for Ciri in that game. I guess all of this happens and in the end Geralt "loses" Ciri again? Would make me curious what the time-setting is relative to the show for the first two games then.
I'm trying to watch it but his inflection at the end of every sentence is absolutely awful to listen to.
Compared to most premium television this isn't even in the ball park. They are spending as much on this as any HBO show and it's so far apart in terms of quality that Netflix is basically being robbed.
This is what Cavill was complaining about. The show is called The Witcher but he's a secondary character at best to Yen and Ciri.
Just finished. Ya that was something. Shitty ending for Cavill. The show needed more taking contracts and killing monsters. Maybe slow play building the world and into the wars? Just all seemed rushed. It was such a letdown. Season 4 will be the last.
I didnt think it was that bad. Just pointing out a lot of the issues that stem from the show runner being open about pushing the female leads Not even close to the Nerdrotic guy
I skimmed it but it’s a big red flag when I see people complain about casting. Maybe he’s not a shithead (although he does have a video recommending the sound of freedom movie).
That's a nice choice. Not exactly how I pictured Regis but it can definitely work. Unfortunately I have zero faith in this show anymore.
I've lost some faith in the show, but I haven't given up yet...this season will be a make it or break it season...
I watched the first few episodes of season one and it's enjoyable. But god the bard or singing guy is super annoying
Yeah I don't see them pulling off the weirdness that should be coming next if they're following the books.
I'm probably in a small minority that thought it was 3 >>> 1 > 2 And 2 made some headway from being deep in the cellar on my 2nd time watching it prior to watching S3.
Also hated Jaskier in S1 but by the end of S3 I actually like his character a lot. May have something to do with it. having a main character you hate seeing on screen can drop the whole season down a little on the scale
Never watched 3 but I watched a synopsis the made me not want to watch it. Season 2 pretty much had me give up.
I also still thoroughly enjoyed all of GoT late seasons up until The Long Night episode. I stop watching after that.
