Didn’t really like it. Unnecessary story really and the call backs/revelations didn’t really add anything to the overall plot. Still love BCS but this was a little much for even me as huge BB fan.
I liked it, in the sense that it was a good continuation of seeing Jesse escape in the finale. But it was just kind of boring otherwise. Worth watching though.
It was OK. Had to watch it though, as has been mentioned. Not a whole lot happens and it felt a little pointless maybe? Not sure that’s the right word.
I liked it. But didn't love it. I was happy to see Skinny Pete & Badger again Spoiler The flashback with Jane got to me at the end.
It was like BB itself, often paced poorly and indulgent - A long drawn out way to clarify that Jesse gets away. Also I will always hate the treatment of the Tod character - he's thoroughly psychopathic in the most boring way imaginable and they don't care about addressing it at all.
It's also a shame that the majority of discussion on the series was lost. Would've loved to read our reactions to past episodes in S5.
The Fly is one of the best bottle episodes any show has ever produced. It felt like an X-Files episode, not in story but in tone and the way it was filmed.
but it was kind of boring to watch edit- it reminds me of some sopranos episodes when tony was having food poisoning or just guilt. In retrospect you get it....but at the time these episodes can feel pretty pointless
That's fair. It wasn't a typical Breaking Bad episode, but I liked it as a character study and an examination at the (then) state of Walt and Jesse's relationship.
Rewatching the whole series. Todd shooting Andrea in the back of the head has to be one of the most holy fuck moments of all time. Damn this series had some dark shit at the end.
The kid being right there too, absolutely one of the most angry I have been watching non nd football tv
Doing a rewatch for the first time since the last time (probably 2 or so years after the series ended). Watching with there fiancée who hasn’t ever seen it. We’re Into season 2 (fugue state EP). So excited to work my way through this again and she’s loving it so far
I told you about my cousin in the Fargo thread, The guy playing Todd is apparently one of the best guy you can ever meet in Hollywood. Super genuine. Kristen dunst is a nice person but kind of shy. She likes private parties, not big on the jet set stuff. that’s all I got for tonight :)
my buddy used to be a writer for FNL and he also mentioned Landry was probably the best actual football player on the show
