Typically I would say Zion diet but the mf looks faster/smoother than ever.

Dart hasn't really changed much he's just bigger. Pretty much same speed and mobility.

 

Dart is very similar to a Josh Allen type of running - if you give him an opening and allow him to hit stride he is a problem. He's not going to Lamar Jackson anyone by any means.
