Wtf? Seriously, what in the hell has Ramsey done to earn first team status, other than being one of our 3 worst players this year? I can understand not wanting to push Ox too far this early in his career, but pushing Rosicky out wide when he has been a HUGE part of the turnaround? Ramsey cannot play that role
yea I could understand if it was Gervinho in for Ox, but moving Rosicky out wide just makes no sense to me.
something like... --------------------Rvp---------------------------- --------------------------------------Theo---------- ---------------Rosicky---------Ramsey------------ -------------------Arteta----Song------------------ Theo pushes up as a 2nd striker, rosicky stays inside to create room for Gibbs to overlap
cant, stupid class :( just dont see why we switched up the formation/lineup after the run of good form
I hope you're right. Otherwise, Ramsey should take a nap on the bench and let the Ox or Gervinho play wide with Tommy bossing the midfield (like he has the past few games).
Fellaini was offside, but nowhere near the play. Really bad decision any way it's articulated. Sometimes we get the breaks
Yeah, I'm listening to the audio stream through arsenal.com and the announcers, though they work for Arsenal, said it was a pretty controversial decision.
That was an awful call but I will take it. Need to stop playing with the ball at the back. It should have already cost us once and it will cost us again if we continue to do it.
They got away with a penalty on Rosicky so it evens up. We're 2 points up on Spurs, we're 2 points up on Spurs.
Could not possibly have gone better. Chelsea throw away a 1-0 lead late, Spurs get lucky to even steal a point from Stoke, and we go and get a win at Everton(we always beat Everton though, one of those weird things, they have so many big home wins in the last couple years). Awesome to ahead of Spurs after all the bullshit the:jew: fans were bringing earlier this year, mucking the glory of the Arsenal thread.
great job by the entire team, especially kos and tv5. rvp played like shit for the first time this year and we still pull out the win in a tough place to win, and all the other results went our way
Yes, RVP did not play well. Yet, he still put in the fantastic cross for Vermaelen to head home. Great to see that chelski and the spuds play on saturday and can drop points.
Vermaelen and Kos were great today. RVP also had the beautiful header to set up ramsey, who shanked the shit out of the ball. Great win at a tough place to play.
i thought i have been pretty nice :C no real excuses, your club has been playing like the real 3rd place club, and we have been shitting away results hopefully it changes, but it should be an interesting finish to the season
You had some flagrant assholery from some of your comrades, not necessarily you though. Sorry, but all Spurs fans get lumped together.
also, I give Gibbs a lot of shit because he is constantly injured and he is generally terrible when it comes to positioning, but he played really well tonight, especially since so much was asked of him pushing forward without a natural wide player ahead of him
gibbs has played well since coming back from injury... amazing how results start turning around when our back 4 is healthy
:knocksonwood: Honestly, it's amazing but also highlights how fragile the team is. An injury to Gibbs/Vermaelen/Kos/Sagna and we are right back in trouble there.
Broxcore is aces, he just picked a shitty team to root for. I question his decision making, not his character. There is no better RB in the world than Bacary, there I said it. I'm close to saying he's the best, a couple more performances like the last 7-8 out of him and it's coming out.
hah this back 4 is impossible to jinx, it is a fact that at least tv5 and gibbs will get hurt at some point
This one instance of your homerism that I can totally support. You can make a case for Lahm or Sergio Ramos I guess, but right now I'm taking Sagna #1. One of very few RB's that is great in both attack and defense.
Just finished watching the game, would love to see the number of passes on or to the left side. Horribly unbalanced
Theo didn't have a good game but I'll give him a pass due to his recent form. Think they should give him a break on the weekend and go with Ox-Gervinho on the wings with Rosicky or Ramsey in the 10.
Haven't seen the match yet, but know the scoreline. Any injury news after the match to be worried about?
Villa will likely sit back and counter. Think -Gervinho--Rosicky--Chamberlain is probably the best trio to break that down. Agree that last thing we need is Ramsey giving it away cheaply for them to counter
ramsey in the 10 isnt that ridiculous of a notion against villa. he really didnt play bad at all today in every aspect of the game except shooting. he shouldnt be a full time starter but i dont hate ramsey and hes only 21
Is this Arsenal’s away shirt for next season? There’s a leaked photo of what appears to be Arsenal’s away shirt for the 2012-13 season circulating across the Internet (see above photo).
no idea but i wouldnt doubt it considering some of the supposed new home kits have some black on them as well. the leaked home ones looked awful but those are p sweet
I don't hate him either, but there is no reason to be playing him there instead of Rosicky right now. There just isn't. Front 3 of Gervinho/Ox RVP and Theo. Song Rosicky and Arteta behind them and then our current back 4. That should be our starting lineup for the rest of the season unless somebody is injured.
