Those Three Floyds are from my trip last month and all went out in packages. I haven't been back since we talked but will be soon and will send after that.

 

No worries and word is that Zombie Dust is back at the brewery now (although I think Alpha King is basically the same beer and just as good)

 

I assume nobody got their nasty paws on the chocolate chip pancake brown ale from CC today? Sounds

 

keg was gone in 40 minutes apparently

(Bloomington, IN) – Upland Brewing Co.recently announced some news on its blogregarding its series of Lambic-style beers. More below…

We’ve got three choices: Blackberry, Raspberry, and our award-winning Gilgamesh. They will be for sale on SATURDAY, February 23 at both the Bloomington Brew Pub (350 W 11th St) and Indianapolis Tasting Room (4842 N. College Ave) and is first come, first serve. No reservations (sorry…even if you’re coming from a far away land). Only one bottle per style with two bottles maximum may be purchased.
Bloomington will have 3 cases of Blackberry and Raspberry, and 2.5 cases of Gilgamesh. The Indianapolis Tasting Room will have 4 cases of Raspberry, and 2 cases each of Blackberry and Gilgamesh… just to give you an idea of how much we’ll have.
Fruited lambics are $20 per bottle and Gilgamesh is $25 per bottle.
Bloomington will begin selling the lambics when they open at 11am. The Indy Tasting Room will begin when they open at noon.

 

I've been in Steamboat/Breck since Friday and I've rounded up some good beer I can't get in Atlanta:

It's been a good week.

 

In Indy, at Kilroy's....$2 bottles on everything, including craft beer. Drinking Two Hearted.

 

Going to enjoy one of these and hopefully watch Florida beat the hell out of Kentucky.

I've got issues clearly. Upon hearing TW got a case of of bombers of Sexual Chocolate in last night and knowing how damn hard it is to get a bottle when it's released once a year I made the decision this morning to call work and tell them I had a an appointment I forgot about this morning..and proceeded to wait on TW to open at 9 to get a bottle

It was a 1 bottle limit unfortunately

Homebrewed imperial stout with California white sage, been bottled for 18 months. Last one

 

It is nice to get them fresh, but I think that is because they have only been in Texas for like 3 months. The freshness will probably start going downhill once the newness of Ballast Point wears off.
