    Most of the public money is on NC State and the line still isn't budging. Just seems fishy, plus NC State coming off a huge win at home and now going on the road against a team who is 11-1 this year at home

    Hmm interesting, you're probably right. All I saw was 85% on OKC and the line start at -5 1/2 and now it's -5.
