Yes dump the players will certainly stay once Deion leaves and not transfer. I was going to say all of the guys would leave, but I just saw they have the 80th best recruiting class. Some of the low end guys will stay making it essentially the same talent Colorado had before
clearly you didn’t read what I said. If you take out the best guys in their class they’d probably close to dead last in recruiting. Those top players will leave.
if I was a prospective HC, I'd actually be clamoring for the job. the only thing Deion can do is recruit and run his mouth. if you can come in after his failpile of a career in Boulder and take them to bowls regularly and make them a respectable opponent on everyone's schedule, the fans will build a fucking statue for you. their fans only like it now because all they remember is 1-11 a couple years ago. the shine will come off Deion in their eyes and they will tire of his antics when they aren't backed by wins. come in, be boring as bologna, but win and in a few years you'll have the whole CU fanbase calling Deion corny. a moderately good HC should be drooling over this job when it opens because a decent amount of success will mean a contract extension granting tens of millions of dollars. they will 100% overpay the next guy they find to bring them reasonable success and I'd want to be that guy.

Deion's inability or unwillingness to recruit high schoolers has been the most surprising thing about his tenure. And because of it, the only way his tenure isn't a failure is if CU wins 9+ games this year. They are not being set up in any way for future success but are instead being figuratively strip-mined by Deion, his family, and his friends (hello Warren Sapp at $500k).
