#Washington Football Team does drafting Newton have any impact on the future of Jon Allen in Washington? Or are you just drafting a backup early in the 2nd.
think there is unanimous praise for newton amongst the draft analysts but there is concern about his foot injury and the potential for re-injury there is pretty high, i believe i would've been thrilled with him at 34 or 37 for the chargers, personally
inshallah AD Mitchell’s apparent questionable morals let him fall to your chiefs so he can come home to a loving team culture that provides him a second chance
I don’t know why im even responding, but again reading comprehension is terrible. I have at no point said this was a good pick. I said my problem with the pick is it doesn’t help win now in 2024. It’s exactly what you are arguing. these are the only points I made: -the arguments that we could have traded back are bullshit. If THEY wanted a qb it had to be there. -penix’s age doesn’t matter until his second contract. He’s not Brandon whedon old -making the playoffs 5 years in a row is a good thing. - Kirk’s contract was very clearly set up to be a 2 year contract because 90 million of the guaranteed money is in 2 years. - THE FALCONS think the team is good enough to win now. They said that. Not me. I was not defending the pick. I was answering a question about what needed to happen for this pick to be considered good.
titans are underrated horrible drafters 2020 - isaiah wilson out of the league in like a year 2021 - caleb fairley 12 career games played 2022 - treylon burks 49 career receptions 2023 - no complaints about skoronski but they did move him to G and that's a steep price at pick #11 2024 - mr. dui at pick #38
I mean with Sweat his ceiling if he hits it is Chris Jones. But his floor is out of the league in 3 years.
Excuse you. Jon Robinson was a horrible drafter. Ran has had made some decent picks so far. One DWI and he’s Mr DUI? Tell me how you feel about UGA players.
