    Probably not unless your league has settings/scoring favoring RBs (ppc, start 3 RBs, ect).

    Actually, just looked and Pacheco was RB15 by ppg last year. You can get guys like that for cheaper than 1.09. I don't really see a substantially higher upside than that for him.
