He was coached by Mel Tugger at MSU and split time playing basketball. He’s potentially the best WR in the draft
I don’t think KLS is any kind of high round NFL talent, but he could be on some draft boards next year and the long term benefits to playing in a Lincoln Riley offense or even with Weigman at A&M to me seem like they would trump the NIL gain for this year with Payton Thorne as your quarterback
We pay up to keep guys we want to keep. We would have gladly kept KLS but he wanted more money so we said so long.
not enough is made of the fact he played his final 2 games with 2 of the worst QBs to take snaps in all football last season
DJ Waller is entering the portal from Michigan. Was one of two SO competing for a starting CB job and was the one with the most experience last year (Jyaire Hill is the other). He and Keon Sabb are the only two losses so far for UM in the portal since the coaching change. Assuming Kentucky is the top team for him.
One of these kids needs to sue the SEC and get rid of their dumb rule. Would fall faster than the NCAA's legacy rules
I really wish we were able to get a new QB. Yeah one of a new offense with a bad play caller did us no favors. OL should be better. We've essentially replaced all our starting WRs, TE and backs should be solid. It's all there for thrown to achieve something he could do last year and throw for more than 100yds in 50% of his P5 games. We'll see if he can do it
They explained like it was an agreement amongst coaches, because they didn’t want it to become the norm.
Sure, and then the conference just penalizes whatever school doesn’t abide by the rule. Again, the schools and coaches in the conference likely want it in place. Very few b1g programs are outspending to take any major SEC contributors from their current schools.
My understanding is it's a rule. I can't imagine anyone following a gentlemen's agreement https://www.secsports.com/news/2021...ate-eligibility-for-intraconference-transfers
Yes and this is 100% something the coaches and schools want in place within the conference because they have the biggest bags collectively and don’t want to poach each others’ rosters in this window.
It was kind of a throwaway line when they allowed inter conference transfer. Like "We'll allow guys to move within the conference now!.... but" and people didn't pay attention to the fine print. Probably added for nefarious reasons I'm sure
Nee is the only one that doesnt get a girl name We call him Hobbit Jesus ( sometimes Neezus for short)
Btw the actual number per the most recent depth chart was 11, not 15, but I wouldn’t expect Nolecast to really be the burden of proof for this kind of thing
