Miller has already lost the last two seasons to injury. Pitching him out of the pen is different than giving Skenes the same kind of treatment.
Really only a matter of time for starters when they throw that hard, unfortunately. The only starter that hasn’t had any arm issues that throws that hard is Greene that I can think of off the top of my head
