He's a Dem I'm pretty sure, believe he hosted fundraising dinners for Obama back in the day. I had no idea he was associated with Newlin, seems very very odd
Yiiiiiiikes. He has to have a couple hundred people working there right? Who does he surround himself with that thought this was a good idea? Just trying to be the anti John Morgan?
Pretty sure john Morgan has publically called desantis a mfer but I don’t know where his donations have gone to.
Homeboy's PR department must be dumb as fuck. Like dude you live and run your business in one of the gayest and blue cities in the country. You out here cutting promo's of actual fascists???????
Laughable that they keep pumping money into that dump. It is a money pit that will always be the 7th best stadium in the state.
i know, but i still think his firm is affiliated with morgan and morgan somehow. was unclear googling.
A contractor is taking us out to eat, so I'm not picking the dinner spot anymore. May try to run by Canvas for lunch, though. Any other lunch recs in that area?
Some on the same list. Nona blue is great for both. If you’re into ramen, ‘WA Ramen’ is very good. Tiny place. Haven from the list is good for lunch. Canvas good. Don Julio’s for Mexican and some good margs
Awesome - thanks for the reply. The menu at Nona Blue looks better to me so will probably go there over Canvas. Might grab a margarita at Don Julio’s before flying back out on Wednesday
Check sports schedules. Maybe solar bears or Orlando sc or ucf baseball are all nice days. water parks walking around park ave or downtown celebration or something. Probably an art festival somewhere. strawberry picking at mick farms swan boats arcade monsters
Despite “nona boy” I’ll say yes. Beach volleyball going on too if that’s your thing. It’s overall a good outdoor place to hang out
Wife and I are going to have 6+ hours to kill in downtown Orlando on 5/4. Anything in particular we should go see? We like to find cool places for good food and drinks.
I only go downtown now for sports and shows but there’s a great escape room experience downtown if you need to kill that much time and would rather do something fun.
Go to ivanhoe, Mills or Thornton Park stay away from DT unless you're going to places directly off of Lake Eola Big money came in and completely destroyed downtown. Place is dogshit now
We're going to the FCC Orlando game that night on a fan away trip. Staying downtown Friday night, have most of the day Saturday to ourselves and then leave after the game. Wife is semi interested into going to an amusement park but I don't really feel like dealing with all that for only 6 hours.
