I’m not a Jeep guy. They are terrible. The 392 is an incredible vehicle though. Just pure fun. Way too much motor for a Jeep but that’s why it’s perfect. I don’t think dbl would consider himself like most jeep people either but he also has a 392 and a tj because they’re great no matter who you are. The jeep beach trash isn’t going to stop me from having the most fun vehicle ever made
I’m more baffled by the orange corvette. I don’t think I’ve ever known anyone under 60 with a corvette.
After reading this description, this is a 46 year old case/movement and literally everything else is new lol Condition: Excellent vintage condition. The movement has been recently serviced and is keeping excellent, accurate time. The case is in excellent condition with light signs of wear but no obvious scratches or problems and looks beautiful. The bezel insert is a newer factory replacement and is in excellent condition with a small blemish near the triangle marker and a scratch between 16 & 18. The crystal is in excellent condition with no obvious scratches or problems. The dial is a Rolex factory service dial and is in mint condition. The hands are also factory service replacements and are in mint condition. The Oyster bracelet is a newer replacement and is in excellent condition with virtually no stretch and looks like new. Overall this is a stunning Rolex GMT-Master in excellent condition.
iirc this is how Rolex handles services and why most vintage Rolex fans won't send their watches to them
I think you can request to not have things replaced? All of those parts have a cost, they aren't replacing them all for the regular flat service fee.
You can request but it doesn’t mean it won’t happen anyway. They’ll replace them and ask for forgiveness, knowing you can’t do shit.
Rolex sent my Dad’s Submariner back looking practically brand new after he requested only mechanical service. It looked good but lost all of its charm and a decent chunk of its value.
I am really feeling the yellow and rose gold Daytonas on oysterflex. Accepting I won’t get a SS Daytona from my AD, I may just pivot.
Visiting family outside of Vegas for the next few days. Going to wander the strip, likely Friday; likelihood of buying something is high.
I doubt anyone wants these, but I have access to buy early if anyone does. $1500 per watch, 2 of them are only available in the 10 set box for $18k though lol
haha na I think they are ass. Too small for me to wear even if I liked them. That's why I offered my access to someone else.
Do not give Ronnie ideas on how to incorporate more collabs. You'll end up with a Kith x Nintendo x Mercedes x Cheerios x Rolex and he'll sell you on how they meant so much to him while growing up in Queens.
I wore this throughout middle school, so I don't hate them entirely... & they'll sell out instantly, at $1500, because of Kith association. Insane, as it's a plastic/resin, quartz piece of shit with a x30+ markup
I like the look of this and that it’s made from recycle plastic. Figured I’d replace my g-shock as the daily wear
I wouldn't buy a 35mm watch at any price, but $1500 for a plastic and rubber quartz watch is funny to me.
