I have become more and more of a pro sports fan starting with the first round of realignment back in 2010
I grew up a fan of NFL and HS football first. It took me a while to like CFB because it made no damn sense.
Sankey could probably get Jim Phillips to eat out of a dog bowl during these meetings if he felt like it.
There’s been countless realignment and other things that have truly sucked, but the cfb playoff creation and the ensuing media campaign of “who’s in” to point the sport to that being the only thing that mattered was the worst decision the sport has ever made. It just completely sold everything that was great about the sport and threw it away for money.
Has anyone thought aloud about what happens if these guys pay a shit ton of money to leave and the conferences all just fold into a super league anyways in a few years? I mean will they have paid a shit ton of money for absolutely no reason?
Cuse, Duke, and BC should go to the Big East UVA/VT probably think they have a good chance at a better conference (no idea why tho) Wake is just like sure we’ll pitch in
It is a shame the FSU program, fans and posters have no honor to stand by the deal and their conference brethren when the going gets tough
Why should we stand by and watch bottom feeder programs like penn state and south carolina rake in cash when their only real purpose is to be ragdolls for the better teams in their conference each year? Spoiler
Would Clemson suing make it more likely that venue will be in North Carolina with the cases being consolidated?
it's penis envy they watched FSU join and steamroll a conf they helped create and then ran from because it was too hard to compete
Just blow it up already. The sooner we get to where college football is a minor league NFL feeder ther better.
