Because of my injuries and tattoos I did all of 2023 on the app membership. Finally healthy enough and with the unlimited app membership raising to almost 30 a month it made no sense to stay on the app membership. So today was my first ride (through the bike) in a year. I can definitely say that there is a difference in motivation. Knowing you guys would see my distance. Bookmarked the class to take again in a few months to see if I’ve made any improvements.
it’s why Queen Emma rules supreme. She seems to be a weird individual who is willing to “age” gracefully. Granted she isn’t 40 yet. She seems to still be natural.

Did Emma’s 20 min 80s ride from 1/3 and damn this woman is sexy AF. It’s just the way she looks at the camera sometimes that makes my heart go aflutter.
Amazing how less annoying Emma is than kendall, who always reacts to and talks to the music / lyrics. for example, in the 45 minute Emma ride I just finished, one of the songs was Asher Roth’s I love college. Outside of a single lip sync instance, she didn’t talk about the song’s lyrics. If that was kendall, should would have just blabbered on and on about going to USC or whatever and attending college parties
I’m an Emma fanboi so take my opinion fwiw but I think Emma is more of a healthy lifestyle advocate whereas someone like Kendall and Olivia are more about using this platform as jumping point for a career in entertainment. Idk if that makes sense. Emma also seems to understand her niche is an attractive “hometown girl” whereas Kendal thinks she is Hollywood attractive.
I like Kendall just fine but do get kind of annoyed when she try’s to low key show her “vocal skills” during a song. She also had a post of her on instagram shittily playing / singing landslide or something like that. Very cringe. I didn’t finish the clip. She’s always shouting out her dad and seemingly lots of men in the classes who seem to be dads. Not sure what to make of that. She’s super generic in that she’s doing all the same shit any medium to above average attractive blonde female does. So peloton has that market covered I guess.
I can't speak for everyone but I don't think most are doing any judging. I love hoping on and seeing multiple TMB have done a ride, I know it'll be a good one.

our old complex had a peloton for the gym. i picked up a padded cover for it but i dont remember it being this uncomfortable.
Anyone ever re-calibrated their bike? I can’t seem to sniff my previous PRs despite riding consistently. It’s frustrating as I feel like I’m improving my average resistance over the course of a ride.
Maybe this is the wrong place to ask but does anyone have a non-peloton treadmill they recommend? I’m not spending $3k on one
Not a huge Leann H. fan but love Earth Wind and Fire so I took her ride. It was better than I expected. Really a ride that the music is the main focus.

You can just have it track your PR since a certain date. It keeps all your historical ones in case you ever wanted, just doesn’t display them.
Took Emma’s recent indie ride. In studio. 3 mins in she shouts out “newsmaxnation” as an in studio rider. lol what the fuck
Did ride 3000 this morning. Emma’s 90s live class. Got a shoutout during the stretch so hopefully it stays as part of the recording. 7 am class so I’m glad i didn’t wake up for nothing.
