Do you defend the expansive 'stand your ground/self defense laws' or are you outraged that a woman shot a man choking the shit out of her BF/husband while their kids watch in the car. At least one cop who is the king chud claims the decision to no prosecute is purely political because they’re black and the liberal DA loves cases that poke holes in self defense laws.
Allegedly he was harassing workers in the store, the fireman stepped in. BF ran back to the car to get his gun and thats when the scuffle started.
I feel like this part makes it a little more complicated if he said he was going to get a gun and the firefighter was saying he tried to prevent that. They would probably need witnesses in the store to confirm what was said though.
Idk if he said he was getting the gun. But he clearly had the gun when they were wrestling. He handed it to his gf while they were fighting.
I hadn't even noticed that part. I kinda understand why the firefighter was trying to choke/knock him out now once it had escalated that far though.

Are there any reports on why the cop wasn’t arrested? Did they make any excuses? It seems like a clear case of manslaughter at the very least.
Only that the state police are investigating. Seems like the family hired an attorney so hopefully that helps to get answers/charges filed.
