What size are you? I’m selling my dunk collection and have a pair of these that were only worn twice back in the day.
I think Nike is sending their shit direct to stockx with this new “partnership”. These aren’t og colors and nobody i know landed a pair. My cousin used 8 accounts through their business and took 8 L’s
SB dunks came out with the cascade blue, mahogany, and bonsai green ones back in like 2005 I think? Bonsai’s were really the only limited ones during the release. Druce mentioned the blue ones and I just so happen to have them in my collection.
AJ1 is the most popular model Nike has right now. All of the "toe" variations are going to sell out immediately. Any variation of an og colorway is going to sell out immediately. And a lot of people got them through early access. lol at tin foil hat theories bc they were hard to get. I'm sure some will paint the side and the Wings black to make Royals.
Good lord, I got lucky on these this morning but I might let them sit for a while and see if prices go up to swap out for some different 1’s.
For the pink/beige one, I'm almost certainly doing this midsole but having it painted beige. The 97 sole has blue and orange and the heel tab does too so the orange airbag works.
For the blue one, I'm torn. Honestly I can use the same midsole on that one too bc it has blue and orange too. I really like this midsole/airbag/outsole too though. The blue, orange, and pink all work. Thoughts?
I got a pair early, didn’t want to keep them, no one here wanted them so I sold them for an extra 25 bucks on stockX rather than just sending them back to Nike. Looking pretty dumb now. Don’t see it often that prices go up after the release
Most go up after release especially if you wait a bit. So many people backdoor them or get them early that shoes are no longer as high early as they used to be. I got the fearless under retail. My size is 276 now. Those turbo green i was talking about the other week were under retail. Have only been out around a year and are now ~$400.
haha yea I'd been wanting to do it ever since those cord 97's came out. Finally doing it, both 97's are on the way to me. Someone else did a different pair and they said the AM1 sole needs to be .5 bigger than the 97 upper which surprised me bc I'm a 10.5 in AM1 and 11 in 97 but I'm buying an 11 97 and an 11.5 AM1. I'll probably just do the orange midsole donor first to make sure on sizing bc they are pretty cheap. The CNY one is going to suck to buy and cut up but I think it's worth it. Love both 97 uppers.
I have those and like the white dna i recently kopped a lot better. The white outsole should be a must on triple whites
Gotcha. I didn’t even realize that these were like that. I see so many AJ’s sit that I just figured after the release they would be back down to retail.
