I don't really know who the guy is that's targeted in the meme, but I found it pretty funny in an irony is dead kind of way. "Dont vote for this guy that creeps young women, avoided Vietnam and is absurdly wealthy" - Independents for Trump
He's the Senator from CT who often gets into it with Trump and whose father in law is a huge competitor of Trump's in the NY real estate market. Just quickly reading that and I believe most of it is untrue or exaggerated. Yes, he met his wife when she was 16, but it was supposedly brief and he didn't become romantically involved with her until she was in college years later. The Vietnam stories were way overblown. Why are you posting this?
I saw it because a friend commented on it. Out of curiosity I read the replies and not one person even came close to grasping the obvious. It was frightening.
Two years of being called a political hack by the president. “If I don’t say anything, people won’t think I’m a political operative.” - Big Brain Bob
In my imagination, Amash becomes a Koch brothers libertarian vanity project and gets a bunch of advertising support.
Jesus fucking Christ, he punted to Congress, but thinks discussing what he found with Congress is "political"? Bob's a pussy bitch.
Just simply amazing, especially given all these reports that the counsel office was upset with the way Trump and Barr are obstructing the report's full release. Grow a fucking spine, shouldn't this be some patriotic duty to ensure the American people get the full story?
Oh I don’t see it happening either. I’m just saying how it would have to happen to be anything other than another McMuffin disaster.
That's what is getting me too. You can't both decline to make a decision on the obstruction charges and decide to sit out any Congressional action that attempts to make the decision, especially when you've already raised concerns at how Barr is portraying the report.
Why even give Mueller a choice? He botched the initial report disclosure and has done a terrible job of getting his point across throughout the entire process. Maybe he shouldn't be given full discretion on how to handle things going forward
Subpoena everybody. If Mueller wants a subpoena to provide cover for testifying about a political matter, fine. He’s still a pussy. He should testify and it should be public.
He probably is. He's just not savy enough to handle Barr and Trump. He'll stand up to a buzzfeed reporter though
Finally, a hack that will motivate his orangeness to focus on cyber-security Someone hacked Trump's United States Golfing Association account and began posting bad scores Two crummy guys. One is an excellent golfer. Spoiler The United States Golfing Association (USGA) is looking into a reported hack of their golfing databases. As Golfweek reported on Saturday, the USGA has a record of golfers’ scores and handicaps across the country, both professional and amateur. What made this recent cyber crime newsworthy was the fact that one well-known golf enthusiast’s account with the USGA began posting “suspiciously unflattering” scores. Donald Trump’s interest in golfing seems to only be rivaled by his interest in deluding himself and the world around him that he’s a truly gifted golfer. Golfweek exclusively confirmed that the courses used in the fake scores were Trump National New York (100 and 101), Trump International in West Palm Beach (108), and the Cochise Course at Desert Mountain in Scottsdale, Arizona. As Golfweek points out, Trump himself has had a 2.8 handicap “that is widely regarded as excessively flattering.” However, since becoming president, Trump’s scores have not appeared on the—GHIN with one exception, which is also believed to be suspicious as it was a very low score, well below the course’s average. According to NPR, according to Trump’s own imagination, his scores have always been in the 70s and 80s, though many people question the veracity of those scores too, but for different reasons. Reports have filtered out over the past couple of years about Trump’s predilection to cheat while playing golf. One thing that Donald Trump’s interest in his own golf courses has done for him is generate hundreds of thousands of dollars in debts that the American taxpayer must shell out for secret service golf cart rentals, and hours and hours of tee time. And while it is not clear whether or not Donald Trump works more than 20 minutes a day at being president, he has had a golf simulator installed in the White House in order to take abundant “executive time.” Of course, knowing the pettiness of this president, we might see Attorney General William Barr asked to shift all enforcement resources to discovering who posted these terrible (possible) truths.
Galaxy Brain moderates: Allowing the president to spin his false narrative is the only way to not be political.
"people on their texting devices." "Did you see the Apple Keynote this morning? Can't wait to get my hands on that new texting device, iText XS, can you imagine how many texts you can send out with the new processing speed?"
