Yeah he got 3 fouls in 2:00 aka looked like a white freshman from small town Nebraska when he faced a real B10 center. He’ll be OK but it’s a lot to ask from him right now.
That being said, Minny and Terps have some of the best bigs in the league so maybe we’ll be alright rest of the way
This is a game you can lose if you take care of business at home IMO. This won’t be a bad loss. The B10 is legit, so we’ll have plenty of chances to make up for this. That said, when you’re up 8 at Maryland and the arena is 70% empty. Make your FTs and get out with a W. Don’t leave it up to the refs or your coach to try and draw up a play late.
I watched the 2nd half with my 6 and 4 year old sons knowing the entire time we would blow it at the end and there would be the opportunity to teach a life lesson about losing. Thanks Nebrasketball!
