With all the hires models screaming big ass line, I wouldn't be surprised to see a moderate risk. I haven't heard the d word though
I have all the coffee for today. Likely won't be able post much though, especially if it really gets going up here
First mod risk I’ve been in since the el Reno year in Oklahoma. Was supposed to go to an outdoor concert in GI tonight, but I’m thinking I’ll pass on that one unless this busts due to the cap or something.
Local weather is saying we could be in line for nasty storms Saturday night. Anyone got any of those cool radar maps for Nashville/Central TN tomorrow night?
Wish Rusty would go back to being a meteorologist, I always thought he was one of the better ones in the area
Rightfully so. It’s a bullshit thing. Lincoln has had a few small tornadoes and the Hallam storm was on track for Lincoln before it fizzled.
Game on. My garage is barely wide enough for my truck to get in and not long enough to contain the entire thing, so it’ll be parked half in half out for the rest of the day. But it’s better than nothing
HRRR has NE popping off in about an hour or so on their last model run. Will be interesting to see how close they get. They got the first little blob up by valentine nailed
I’d target Ansley right now and head north if needed. Storms will fire and quickly form a line. Might be able to catch an embedded tornado or early discrete cell.
Crazy I left GI earlier this afternoon. Down in Hastings the clouds are starting to puff up a bit, not quite as flat. Wonder if the cap is eroding
Goddamn. Gonna need beer. A bunch of tornado warnings. Confirmed on hole gillette, wy with reported injuries. Devil's tower may have had one too. I'll try to share more later
