Even after the storm went through Greensburg it still had some massive hook echos. Just an amazingly powerful storm.
drove through there about 5 years ago. Seeing the hundreds of trees just stripped of their bark and branches was stunning

That was the Jasper fire. Can still see the scars near Jewel Cave National Monument. A woman was convicted of arson for it. Largest fire in the black hills. At least that we know of
This year has SUCKED. Things can change but looking at these long range models it’s not great. Spc has low potiential through day 8. Wtf? That should never happen in May.
Nice little funnel on that storm, have not seen a confirmed touchdown yet though. This cell is tracking right at me although I'm a good couple hours away at least
