A lot of chasers were sucked into those northern storms. Not to say they won't produce (one is tor warned), but the southern end of this complex is where it's at or likely will have the best chance throughout the night

Tonight's a perfect example of the influence of the low level jet. The low level winds, generally less than one mile above the surface- if not closer, increase near and after sunset.
