Team VAR so we don’t have to see people act like the refs are out to get them. Yea I’m talking about you Liverpool.

I just think VAR is a scourge because it slows down the game and it would be implemented by organizations like UEFA, the English FA and FIFA that make the NFL look like fucking mensa. Replay in the NFL is ghastly and mutated from reversing perceived injustice to actually impacting the on the field product. If you think VAR in soccer would be implemented in a way that is in any way transparent or coherent you're fooling yourself. Just look at the 1000 different opinions from every goddamn referee when they provide input on any given call. Or I'm just really really really biased because tottenham got a single solitary point at Anfield.

Jon Moss is pretty bad but I don't think in recent memory I can't think of a worse EPL referee than Chris Foy
About to book a trip for England, my buddies bachelor party and he’s a huge Everton guy. 3/31 Everton v MC then going to London watch Stoke Vs Arsenal, then midweek Fulham vs Leeds then back to Liverpool for the Derby.
If you don’t mind me asking, roughly how much is the trip? Trying to plan a trip in the next year with my dad.
The flight is about $900 going to Manchester then take a train to Liverpool (1 hr 10 mins) the games combined will be $400-500, lodging (Airbnb) another $500 so I’m budgeting about 3k for it. Everton USA has a package too it was $800 for the derby ticket and 3 nights hotel but we decided to do it on our own
It may deserves its on thread but Id love to hear stories and advice from those that have been to games in Europe.
I did EuropCup 2016 in France was so much fun! My avatar pic on here is from the Ireland vs Sweden game at Stade de France
I scalped a ticket outside the Etihad. I was in Manchester, I didn’t plan it other than knowing I was going to a match. I went to the City store at the mall, bought a jacket that was on sale, walked out to the road and followed the crowd. Paid 40£ for a ticket just outside the stadium and went in.
Newcastle have been a nothing burger this year. It's a crime that benitez didn't get a little class to polish this season.
Yet you get SkySports defending Mike Ashley saying he's invested enough. We signed 3 players on loan in January, and our record signing as a club is still 16million for Michael Owen
