Basically, they reward you for keeping the coins out of circulation(kept in wallet) as this helps the block chain be more effective (kinda just guessing here).

Nothing is 100% safe imo.

I personally have a mixture of stuff sitting on exchange and in MEW or paper wallets or desktop wallet. Also some exchanges charge outrageous fees to withdrawal so that makes me hesitate to move it sometimes. Sometimes I wait a bit and the withdrawal fee changes for the better.

Seriously though, it is forming a big ascending triangle. Give it another week or two to accumulate around here and we'll be off to the races again. Right now RSI and Stoch RSI points to really overbought on any charts longer than 12H so it will probably just need to cool off a bit before some traders jump back in.

The next big leg up (probably early to mid-February) after that could be 70-90k satoshis (which if BTC recovers to 15k or more would mean $10-14 VEN).

My advice whenever something similar to what has happened in the last few days with CND is take your profits

Just sold some LTC to get on team VEN. Portfolio now mainly FCT, NEBL, XLM, VEN. Have a little LTC and RDD as well.

 

What are the other places to buy BTC/LTC/ETH with US dollars besides Coinbase? I really don't want to put money into there again. Anyone use the Winklevoss exchange? I got approved for it but haven't put any money in there yet.
