It's not weird. Gylfi was a fan favorite and scored some great goals for Spurs. There's no reason they shouldn't celebrate some of those goals on the 5-year anniversary of his signing. And I seriously doubt that Daniel Levy is advising the social media team on what players he may or may not be negotiating to transfer in or out.
