Funny story for you guys: I'm sure many of you are familiar with George Leeman. This isn't about him going completely batshit crazy and moving to Cambodia and railing underaged prostitutes. About 2.5 years ago, George Leeman fell head over heels in love with my current girlfriend of two years. He was legitimately ready and willing to either relocate to her or move her in with him. He even said the three words and mentioned marriage. She was young and naive and liked him as a friend because she was a figure competitor at the time and didn't want to let him down hard. He told her all sorts of ungodly things that he enjoys sexually (primarily rough anal and throat fucking). He told her all the drugs he was on (IIRC three types of tren and several pro-hormones). Long story short: George needs serious psychiatric counseling stat.
That's a relief. That story got a little fucky so I tuned out, I just remember there was some crazy shit going down with the girl and her brother, or some shit. But it sounds like he is the common denominator of fuckery.

I just remember listening to the podcast as I was cutting the grass, hoping to get some deadlift insights and it basically ended up sounding like the worst therapist session ever. So awkward. I just turned it off.
Mark Bell is pretty cool. I don't listen to his podcast, but I do watch some of his YT videos. Was dying at the one last week of him calling out Mike O'Hearn. Called him "Mike O'Tren".
I saw that. I thought it was a joke, but I never heard a punchline. I like that he doesn't take himself to seriously. The podcast can be hit or miss, but I listen to most of them.

That Facebook post George put out there about his ex was creepy as fuck. "I found out she was into very rough sex. Her ultimate fantasy was to be tied up where she couldn't see who was fucking her That's when I decided to date her"
The ex claimed that George was severely abusive (which I'm sure he was), George denies this and then proceeds to air ALL of her family's disgustingly dirty laundry, which was completely uncalled for. He then proceeds to move to fucking Cambodia and is living like a "king" over there in his 1BR apartment, spending 10 dollars a day.

Anything you can buy on BB.com besides basics like creatine and whey are utterly useless. Only pro-hormone worth taking is Superdrol, which is incredibly potent and has god awful side effects.

Just found this old video of me when I was fat. Most of you probably don't know, but I was almost 300 pounds when I graduated college and in 8 months I cut down to 205 at a legitimate 7-8% bodyfat. This was 415 paused without a spotter (retard) in the middle of my diet:

I made a breakfast sandwich with scrambled eggs and turkey bacon, then with the leftover bacon and eggs i made a scramble bowl with salsa. snack-iso 100 protein shake lunch-baked chicken breast, salad with low cal dressing. Baked chicken breast seasoned with tony's no sodium seasoning. dinner-baked chicken breast, salad with low cal dressing
Nowhere near enough carbs, absolutely 0 healthy fats, probably a little low on the protein side as well. If you want to lift and get stronger/see any kind of aesthetic changes you need to fuel yourself properly and that nutrition isn't getting you there.
beer has been killing me, it's a vicious cycle, i mean i guess you could not drink at all. i've been drinking craft beers which is even worse.
Don't take anything out. You're barely eating anything. Add in rice, potatoes, and oats. Add in peanut butter/almond butter/cashew butter/almonds/pistachios/olive oil. Add in some more protein as well.
does starting strength have a regimen that you follow. is this what yall would recommend. is there a 5x5 book? i'm basically just doing whatever i read online or in this thread right now , maybe following one of these books would be better.
For more casual lifters I just recommend eating by intuition. If you're trying to gain weight and you have a weak appetite, you will have to eat more than you're comfortable with. If you're trying to lose weight and you have a voracious appetite, you will have to eat less than you're comfortable with. Use the scale to gauge your progress and adjust accordingly. Become familiar with protein portion sizes and attempt to hit your bodyweight in protein (in grams of protein) each day - this is by far the most important aspect to nutrition while weight training. Eat a well-rounded, balanced diet. I generally just recommend a higher protein, moderate carb, moderate fat diet for natural trainees. What this means is: have a portion of protein, carbohydrates, and a healthy fat at each meal. If you're eating a fattier protein source (red meat, fatty fish), then hold the fat source at that meal. I don't even advocate the tracking of macros anymore unless you are seriously intent on getting lean (less than 12%).

That's not really how that happens. Pretty sure if you're genetically predisposed to hair loss then it's going to happen no matter what. I know running juice can do it, but it's only because it can speed up what was already going to happen anyways.
