Top 3 corners are Damari, Porter and Richard. They'll definitely add another in the spring window. WR there's more depth but I think they'll another there as well. Bell is developmental but some think Samson's future is at OG so he may end up starting at one of the tackle spots in '25
This kid is better than McCoy, who played ok vs BC but got wrecked by Rutgers. That’s the only criteria you need to judge. Damari is a scrub? The staff is also really high on Stafford. Patterson will get snaps at S. Taking an upgrade at LG does not prevent them from taking another CB/S, especially after spring when they can process graduates.
As a walk-on, he's awesome. It was a true keeping it real gone wrong situation. I wouldn't be surprised if he carves out a real role
Gotta be getting NIL money or something. Paying your own way at a private school like Miami over scholarship money from other programs is one heck of a decision otherwise.
This is what a lot of schools are doing with decent NIL set ups. Have the collective recruit kids to walk on, get paid, but don’t take up a scholly.
Damari played a couple games I will wait and see but okay let’s go with him being good. That’s 3/5 spots. Stafford, I will wait and see. The staff has been high on a lot of guys that turned out to be doormats from transfers like Lichstein and the other Brown bother to Moss. Then there is Wes that doesn’t know where to lineup half the time. Y’all keep saying Mario is going to process all these people for 2 years now well l 3 but then the “he didn’t know what he had” excuse comes up. All I’m saying is whenever this teams needs something Mario takes forever to address it unless it oline. Even then he brings in bums from Oregon.
Not defending the talent acquisition in its entirety but there is a lot of hyberbole here. I do wonder why more kids haven't been processed but I suppose there is still time for that to happen post-spring, and many believe that window is going to be nuttier than the one we are in now. You mention Oregon bums but literally two kids transferred from there and it was right after he took over. As far as taking forever to address needs, I'll agree on the WR front lat year but they desperately needed portal DT this cycle and they landed two starting caliber ones in December. They needed a QB and had the top two available (Ward and Howard) on campus within days of the portal opening. They needed safeties and got a starting safety and another that will be in the rotation. He takes his sweet ass time when it comes to hiring coaches but I'm not sure I fully agree with you when it comes to filling out the roster.
You can’t knock him for hyperbole then turn around and claim half an accurate number. Transfers: Jonathan Denis Logan Sagapolu Cam McCormick Will Hutchinson
That might have been the ugliest double-digit road conference win Miami has ever had. Norchad saved us on offense, George saved us on defense.
For sure, he played like shit the other night but he's statistically having the best season of his career, so I'm missing the part where he did FSU a solid by leaving. It's easy to play the results and say that he's the reason why they're better this year but it's not like he's playing like shit for us either.
This is surprising. Maybe Hinshaw is leaving UCF bc don’t think we have any more coaching spots available outside of WR coach
Man between the Heat and the Canes basketball can just fuck off this year Just so much terrible offense a man can take
Baseball team didn’t even have a top 25 recruiting class and does not have a great outlook for the year….real shitty
Team has been absolutely lost since Omier picked up his second foul. It's five guys playing hero ball on their own right now.
So crazy for a ten point deficit to feel so huge in basketball Gotta be something going on with the rims at UVA
