Ohhh gotcha. I read your post as he was playing a character from season 1 just at a different part in life.
not gonna lie the Munch scenes the past couple episodes feel like a different show altogether. I'd be okay if they stopped giving us his backstory because it's kinda been a time waster.
creative exposition of the backstory, that they are also doing a hell of a lot more telling than showing with the there is goodness in gator stuff
Just got caught up on the last few. Really good acting all the way around and probably the best season since the first. Richa Moorjani (female cop) could arrest me.
Hell of an episode. That long walk to the barn was intense. Jon Hamm is excellent as always. Everyone is killing it though. The debate scene had me rolling.
This is Hamm's best role since Don Draper. I know he's been in a lot of stuff but I don't think most writers do a good job of writing for him.
This felt like an episode leading up to a final episode where a few different groups are at war on the Sheriff's land to free her. But, still have two episodes left...can't wait to see how it ends.
I don’t know many lawyers that would have rolled up in that guys house with arm guards out front and threatened him with extortion. That’s asking for it. Great season. Everything has been excellent. Loving it.
He’s one of my favorite character in Stranger Things. Him getting Dot’s bat with the nails in it made me really nervous for her because Steve ain’t no joke with that thing.
somehow I just got in to this show last week. Season 1 was excellent and S2 was good but holy fuck the first 4 or 5 eps of S3 have been fucking awful. Is it worth sticking with or should I just jump ahead to 4 or 5?
I'd stick out S3 if you have the time and skip S4. This current season is must watch, I'd prioritize that.
The correct ranking is that 1 and 2 are tied for first depending on the day, season 3 is solid but can’t reach the heights of the first two, and season 4 is the worst trash I’ve ever seen. Not only do they make Schwartzman and Rock boring as fuck but they sideline the most charismatic man in Hollywood in Timothy fucking Olyphant. This season could match the first two if it sticks the landing.
I thought season 3 had some great moments: the AC unit, the bus crash and bowling alley, “I can help,” Carrie Coon in general, and David Thewlis’ disgusting eating habits.
I really liked Season 3. No, it’s not as good as 2 or 1…but it’s still very solid. As is Mary Elizabeth Winstead’s ass.
The story was good, the acting was great. Its only major flaw is that it wasn’t the first two seasons which, in my opinion, were all-timers.
It’s perfect for the series Fargo is all about crazy shit and what’s more crazy than hardcore Trumpers
There's a lot of great performances this season but the guy who plays Wayne has been excellent and not gotten as much credit I feel
Major problem with tonight’s episode: Spoiler In what fucking world would Dorothy leave her rifle when she got in the body hole? It makes no fucking sense when the whole season paints her as a badass
Spoiler doesnt she realize this once she closes the hole up? She was probably more overwhelmed by seeing graves and knowing there are people near to cause this slight slip up.
Eventually, even the best slip up; maybe overwhelmed isn’t the best word, but she knows time is not on her side so a small mistake in a rush.
