makes sense. 8 years is a pretty good run. not involved in many skits, is super famous, doesn't really need it.
Big losses this year, all four of them. I was surprised that Cecily Strong wasn't announced as leaving. I think she was really leaning toward leaving last year.
Thought Harlow did a good job in the sketches. I've never listened to his music before, but have always heard great things. Was not impressed
Please Don't Destroy always hits for me, Christmas Carol sketch was great. The audio was out of sync on the cold open and monologue on my DVR recording. Anyone else?
Mine was fine. Not surprising but Steve Martin/Martin Short were great. Best episode of the season imo.
Another very solid SNL; Kelce was great. Please Don’t Destroy are absolutely amazing though. Probably the best hit rate of any performers on SNL in its history.
Hearing a lot of good things about Kelce, which I find surprising since athletes tend to take themselves too seriously.
Came into with the lowest of expectations and it was so good. I also assumed Kelce would take himself too seriously but he was really great
That American Girl set was fucking wild. But yes, those Please don't destroy videos, two weeks in a row, were absolutely outstanding.
